By checking the box associated with this notice and continuing with the application process, you understand and agree that you are authorizing and instructing OneTeam Capital LLC, to obtain consumer reports and related information about you from one or more consumer reporting agencies, such as TransUnion, Experian and Equifax. You also authorize OneTeam Capital to make any inquiries it decides are necessary to verify the accuracy of the information contained in your application, and you understand and agree that OneTeam Capital may contact third parties to verify any such information. You further understand and agree that OneTeam Capital may use your consumer reports to make credit decisions and for related purposes. You authorize and instruct OneTeam Capital to obtain your consumer reports each time you request a loan, during the processing of closing of a loan, or at various times during the term of your loan in connection with the servicing, monitoring, collection or enforcement of the loan. You may print this authorization using the print button on your browser or save it to your hard drive. You acknowledge and agree that you have printed a copy of this authorization for your records or saved a copy of it to your hard drive. As used herein, the term “you” refers to the business loan applicant (the “Applicant”), regardless of whether the Applicant is submitting the credit application on its own behalf or whether an agent of the Applicant is submitting the application on the Applicant’s behalf. If you are submitting this application as an agent of the Applicant, you represent that you have full right and authority granted by the Applicant to submit the credit application and agree to this Consumer Credit Report Access Authorization on the Applicant’s behalf.
